Your goal in week one is to learn to identify the key points of success. You will listen to a story and, with help, figure out the success factors. After which, you will think back about times of success in your own life and write a reflective personal narrative.

Week Two - Reflection
Your goal in week two is to think back about your favorite teacher. The task is to think about the qualities of that person (positive and negative) and what is it about them that makes them a “favorite.” You then get to “build” your favorite teacher based on the qualities that you’ve identified. Lastly you will get to design and present an award to this teacher.

Week Three / Four - Strengths and Weaknesses
Your goals in weeks three and four are to explore different means of receiving information. You will explore similar sources through different mediums, written, audio, video and live. You also get to get started with “distractors”.

Your goal in week five is to discover your motivators. What factors drive you to be engaged? Are these factors internal or external?
